The Full Circle Podcast Show: Episode #33 – “Proper Health, Diet & “This Is Us!”

Join host Darryl E. McCullough (The Sanepoet) and in the place of the ill co-host Carmen L. Miller (The Songstress), we were joined with special in-studio guest Toledo’s own Erika D. White who is a Fitness Coach, Motivational Speaker, TV Personality and Freelance Blogger.  In this episode the “Full Circle” group opens with a background on the in-studio guest.  This leads to a conversation briefly on “This Is Us” and “Black-ish.” The group then shares their appreciation to all listeners of the show, especially those who shared episodes with their family and friends.  Also they give a “shout-out” to the “Podcast Juice Network” and then appreciation to the shows two sponsors “Fit Thick Girls” and “Marmite Records” produced by Stone Soup Recording Studios.  The group then talks about “Last Podcast” in which episode #32 “Sex, Lies, Affairs, Passwords and DM’s” which did over 1100 in downloads!  This leads to Darryl asking the question “What is really classified as cheating?”  Then they discuss how due to the movie “Get Out,” interracial relationships stock has plummeted!  On the political side the group talks about how the President Donald Trump recently visited Ypsilanti, Michigan and spoke to UAW workers.  On the entertainment side the crew acknowledges the death of Joni Sledge, one of the members of the group Sister Sledge.  Also the death of rock & roll artist Chuck Berry. The group then has a discussion on Marvels “Iron Fist” that premiered on Netflix.  They are joined over the phone lines with Christopher Powell a.k.a CJ from the “3 BlackGeeks” podcast. Following this the group was joined by “YouTube Content Creator” Jalaunda Granville to discuss the television show “This Is Us.”  Following this, a brief discussion on Dave Chappelle’s Netflix show.  The “National Holiday” is announced!  Today is National “Stop Making Fat People Sounds In The Office” day!  Finally the crew then addresses the show topic “Proper Health, Diet & “This Is Us!"  Our featured call-in guest was Wanda Bagley who is in her 2nd year as a NPC figure competitor.  She has participated in the Ropeman Elite NPC Atlantic USA and the Lee Haney Physique Games. Join host Darryl E. McCullough (The Sanepoet) and co-host Carmen L. Miller (The Songstress), with special in-studio guest Toledo’s own Meredith Soleau (So-low) from “Curvy Girl Media and the “Girl’s Girls Podcast!”  In this episode the “Full Circle” group opens with a background on the in-studio guest and her podcast review of the movie “50 Shades Darker.”  This leads to a conversation on how the movie “Nymphomaniac” was better than any “50 Shades of Grey” related film. The group then shares their appreciation to all listeners of the show, especially those who shared episodes with their family and friends.  Also they give a “shout-out” to the “Podcast Juice Network” and then appreciation to the show two sponsors “Fit Thick Girls” and “Marmite Records” produced by Stone Soup Recording Studios.  The group then talks about “Last Podcast” in which episode #31 “Why Your Podcast Matters” did over 900 in downloads!  Due to a recent conversation that Darryl had with a female friend, he ends up giving the “Testicular Talk!”  On the political side the group talks about how the president has signed another executive order to Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.  Darryl feels that plan can be dropped off right in Atlanta, Georgia!  The conversation continues with White House Adviser Kellyanne Conway kneeling on an Oval Office couch and the “comfortability” that White people have naturally.
