JURASSIC PARK released in 1993 and directed by Steven Spielberg is one of the most successful films of all time. For those that are unfamiliar, the film centers on the fictional Isla Nublar where a billionaire philanthropist and a small team of genetic scientists have created a wildlife park of cloned dinosaurs. The film featured ground breaking computer-generated imagery by Industrial Light & Magic and with life-sized animatronic dinosaurs built by special effects wizard Stan Winston and his team. To showcase the film's sound design, which included a mixture of various animal noises for the dinosaur roars, Spielberg invested in the creation of Digital Theater Systems (DTS), a company specializing in digital surround sound formats. The film went on to gross $900 million worldwide during its initial theater run and was the highest grossing film until 1997’s TITANIC. A film that successful will most certainly bring a sequel and in this case two sequels THE LOST WORLD: JURASSIC PARK and JURASSIC PARK III. Both of which were box office successes but received mixed critical responses. Now fourteen years after the last entry, comes full circle as the park that was only a promise comes to life. The park is now open. Welcome to JURASSIC WORLD.

Mike Howell (Jesse Eisenberg) spends his time getting stoned, working at the Cash & Carry and writing a graphic novel about a superhero monkey. He and his bail-bondsman his Phoebe (Kristen Stewart) are a match made in Heaven. He’d like to take her to Hawaii but whenever he tries to leave the city limits he experiences panic attacks. What Mike does not know is that he is actually a sleeper agent created by the CIA. I swear I am not making this up.
During the late 1980’s the streets of Compton, California were some of the most dangerous in the country. The plague of crack cocaine was growing at an alarming rate as the violent gang drug business propelled its use. The LAPD specialized gang unit were leading the charge on the war on drugs that left residents of the Southern California community distrustful of authority. Rising from all this was the hip-hop group N.W.A(Niggaz Wit Attitudes) consisting of Eric Wright (Eazy E) O'Shea Jackson (Ice Cube), Andre Young (Dr. Dre), Lorenzo Patterson (MC Ren) and Antoine Carraby (DJ Yella). As a group, they manage to merge the things they saw going on in their society into the revolutionary music they created. Their biopic STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON chronicles that rise to fame and how they became the world’s most dangerous group. It is and exceptional entry in to the biopic genre and is one of the best films of the year.

Prince and the streaming service Tidal have announced the next release from the entertainer will be exclusively on TIDAL on September 7, 2015.
The upcoming release, the experimental, HITNRUN, was first announced by his band, 3RDEYEGIRL, on BBC radio late last month, following the release of the critically praised first single, "HARDROCKLOVER".
Prince released a statement:
"After one meeting, it was obvious that Jay Z and the team he has assembled at TIDAL recognize and applaud the effort that real musicians put in2 their craft 2 achieve the very best they can at this pivotal time in the music industry. Secondly, TIDAL have honored Us with a non-restrictive arrangement that once again allows Us to continue making art in the fashion We've grown accustomed 2 and We're Extremely grateful 4 their generous support. And lastly, in the tech-savvy, real-time world We all live in 2day, everything is faster. From its conception and that one & only meeting, HITNRUN took about 90 days 2 prepare its release. If that's what freedom feels like, HITNRUN is what it sounds like."
Jay-Z had this to say:
"Prince has always been a visionary, a free-thinker. We're honored to offer his breadth of work, "1999," "Purple Rain," etc., music that has inspired so many, on TIDAL. We're also excited to be the home for his new upcoming album, HITNRUN. Both Prince and TIDAL share the belief that all creatives should have the opportunity to speak directly to those that love and support them. This partnership with Prince represents TIDAL's philosophy in its truest form, a 1 to 1 connection and direct delivery of artistry to the world."
HITNRUN is produced by Prince and co-produced by Joshua Welton
