The Full Circle Podcast Show: Episode #34 – “Black & Latina Women Missing In Washington D.C!”

Join host Darryl E. McCullough (The Sanepoet) and co-host Carmen L. Miller (The Songstress), with special in-studio guest Toledo’s own Fanell Williams who is the Project Coordinator for the Human Trafficking & Social Justice Institute.  In this episode the “Full Circle” group opens welcoming Carmen back after she was ill and had to miss the previous show. The group then shares their appreciation to all listeners of the show, especially those who shared episodes with their family and friends.  Also they give a “shout-out” to the “Podcast Juice Network” and then appreciation to the shows two sponsors “Fit Thick Girls” and “Marmite Records” produced by Stone Soup Recording Studios.  The group then talks about “Last Podcast” in which episode #33 “Proper Health, Diet & “This Is Us” which did almost 1000 in downloads!  This leads to Darryl to expressing his frustrations with Carmen not paying attention to his text messages.  Also how Darryl discovered the new word “meh.”  On the political side the group talks about how Bill O’Reilly comments on Maxine Waters hairstyle pissed of Carmen!  However…Darryl disagrees with her as he feels no one should be allowed to make fun of governmental officials, including Saturday Night Live. The group then discusses the latest news with President Donald Trump.  This leads to a discussion on the reemergence of Hillary Clinton.  On the entertainment side the crew acknowledges the death of Chuck Barris who was the creator of “The Gong Show.”  The group then has an impromptu call from Rashone Bryant a.k.a “The Afrikan Caesar” from “The Sneakerbox” podcast!  He discusses the movie “Get Out,” the television series “Iron Fist” and the latest Dave Chappelle stand-up on Netflix.  The “National Holiday” is announced!  Today is National “Stop Putting Earrings In Your Five Year Olds Boys Ears” day!  Finally the crew then addresses the show topic “Black & Latina Women Missing In Washington D.C!”  Our featured call-in guest was the returning Shawna Renee who is an award winning international broadcaster and wellness expert.  As a radio personality, she’s hosted shows for Radio One, CBS Radio, Voice of America SiriusXM as host and executive producer of the weekly national radio show Cocoa Mode.”  Additional call-in guests were Deidre James who is the host of the “DeeTales” podcast.  Gabriel Rich who is the host of “The Rich Report” podcast.  Seun Ogunlegan who is the host of the “In The Black” podcast!  Lastly “The Sanepoet Apology.”  Fun and informative time!  Episode sponsored by Fit Thick Girls and Stone Soup Recording Studios.
