The Full Circle Podcast Show: Episode #35 – “Is My Natural Hair, Too Natural For You?”

Join host Darryl E. McCullough, co-host Carmen Miller and Erika D White with special in-studio guest Megan Yasu Davis who is the CEO and Founder of The Kitchen Salon. In this episode the “Full Circle” group opens with an impromptu call from an irate Cleveland Cavaliers fan yelling at Darryl for being a Golden State Warriors fan.  The group then shares their appreciation to all listeners of the show, especially those who shared episodes with their family and friends.  Also they give a “shout-out” to the “Podcast Juice Network” and then appreciation to the shows two sponsors “Fit Thick Girls” and “Marmite Records” produced by Stone Soup Recording Studios.  The group then talks about “Last Podcast” in which episode #34 “Black & Latina Women Missing In Washington D.C,” which did over 600 in downloads!  The crew truly feels that this was a truly beneficial show that needed to be addressed, regardless to the download amounts. This leads to Darryl pleading for people to be better parents and more responsible sexually.  He also talks about how he made a woman at work trip.  On the political side Carmen rips into President Donald Trump and then Bill O’Reilly!  She is supported by Erika D White and Megan Yasu Davis, leaving Darryl for the first time…speechless.  On the entertainment side the crew discusses the latest news on Janet Jackson’s divorce and which person would be more difficult to date “Someone who has been divorced three times?  Or, “Someone who is 30 and never married?”  They then briefly discuss the interest to watch the Netflix series “13 Reasons Why.” The “National Holiday” is announced!  Today is National “Black Women Stop Putting Your Hair In A Ponytail, When The Ponytail Is Only An Inch Long” day!  Finally the crew then addresses the show topic “Is My Natural Hair, Too Natural For You?”  Our featured call-in guest was Tish Coilybynature who is a Natural Hair blogger and event planner, who has a lot of interesting videos and information pertaining to natural African American hair!”  Additional call-in guests were Jackie Pip the “YouTube Content Creator of the YouTube channel AllaboutJaii.  S.
