Prince pulls out (pause) from other streaming services and joins Jay-Z’s Tidal service, New song Hardrocklover on Soundcloud and what if you could go back in time like in the Terminator, what would you change in Prince history?
Albums Podcast Juice should review: My three are
1) “3121”-I don’t think this album has been reviewed either on Freedom Train or Podcast Juice.
2) “Madhouse 8”-Prince’s musical vocabulary as a multi-instrumentalist is on full display over 8 instrumentals. Although some parts are musical parts are unorthodox it never sounds lappy and his sense of rhythm and harmony throughout this album is grossly acknowledged; partly because the music was credited under a fictional guise. “Loring Park Sessions”, “The Flesh”, “God” and “Alexa De Paris” are musical precursors to this album.
3) “Madhouse 16”-See Madhouse 8. An outgrowth of the music from Madhouse 8 and was a springboard for Eric Leeds debut album “Times Square”
please review the gold experience, exodus and emancipation
I have a few suggestions on the Classic Album show: Hearsay- Alexander O’Neal, Rapture- Anita Baker, Rhythm Nation-Janet Jackson, Raising Hell Run-DMC, Bad or Thriller-MJ, Sons of Soul- Tony Toni Tonè and Can’t Slow Down-Lionel Richie
One mo: What’s The 411- Mary J. Blige
